Dr. Baldassano is a superb dentist, who I would highly recommend for your entire family. He is a highly skilled, extremely professional and personal. He truly cares about his patients. A recent experience reflects the type of dentist/person Dr. Baldassano is. My son, who was a prior patient of Dr. Baldassano and is currently active military, chipped 2 front teeth in a military exercise. When fixed by the military you could see that he had a problem with his teeth and further they rechipped. When he was home for a very short break Christmas week, Dr. Baldassano made the time to treat him and fix his teeth so you cannot even tell they had been chipped. Dr. Baldassano and his staff went out of their way to take care of a former patient. The entire staff at Dr. Baldassano’so dental office is professional, friendly and will work with you to meet all of your families dental needs.

While traveling recently on a very stressful trip, a molar suddenly exploded in pain. Thankfully, my wife and I were in her home town (greater Philadelphia area) and we got a recommendation to Dr. Baldassano, from a close family member. I called on Friday and explained my situation to Joy, who fit me in the very next business day! (Due to other issues at hand, I had to call later and postpone a couple days.)

Suspicions proved correct, I needed a root canal (my first). Let me say right now that I’m a BIG chicken! I may have served our country, but still get ultimate “squeams” when needles and/or pain are involved!

Dr. Baldassano is an EXPERT in applying numbing agents and today’s meds are superb at eliminating all sensation. He is also VERY talented at doing the actual procedure! Each visit (3 for a root canal) was swift and successful. He explained just enough of what he was doing (I didn’t want to know much), and that the procedure was proceeding “excellent!”. He was also kind enough to tell me when he was almost done. Robin and Danielle assisted, and were EQUALLY talented and sensitive to my nervousness. Thank you, both!

Crown fitted and the procedure completed, I will say this: I will ABSOLUTELY go back when in town and in need of ANY dental services. And, if we relocate back to the area he WILL become our family dentist.

Contrary to the age-old, cliché, I actually like “going to see the dentist”. And, no, I’m not a glutton for punishment or a sadomasochist. I like going to see the dentist because I go to Dr. Baldassano Family Dentistry in Blue Bell. The entire experience is as pleasant as one can imagine dentistry to be. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The hygienists and dental technicians are superb at what they do. The billing team is adept at dealing with the vagaries of the complex dental insurance world. Most importantly, Dr. Baldassano is a skilled practitioner, armed with the latest technologies, and he is a great, funny guy. I always leave smiling and, thanks to Dr. Baldassano and his fine team, my smile is now worth showing and something I’m not apprehensive about.
